Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

YourHomeHeart.com is committed to providing a safe and respectful platform for users seeking meaningful relationships. Our Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) prohibits:

  • Age Restriction: Users under the age of 18 from creating an account or using the platform.
  • Minors Protection: Child exploitation, grooming, or any attempt to interact inappropriately with minors.
  • Abusive Behavior: Harassment, bullying, threats, hate speech, discrimination, or abusive behavior.
  • Explicit Content: Sharing or requesting sexually explicit content, pornography, or non-consensual intimate images.
  • Deception & Fraud: Fraud, scams, impersonation, catfishing, phishing, financial solicitation, or other deceptive activities.
  • Illegal Activities: Illegal activities or content that violates applicable laws or infringes on the rights of others.
  • Spam & Bots: Spam, unsolicited advertising, or the use of automated accounts (bots).

Additional Prohibited Content

HomeHeart strictly prohibits the following content and conduct:

  • Sexually Explicit Content: Sexually explicit content, pornography, or sexually exploitative material.
  • Child Sex Abuse Material: Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), child sexual exploitation, grooming, or any activity involving minors.
  • Scam Activity: Scams, phishing, deceptive financial activity, or any attempt to obtain money under false pretenses.
  • Fraud Activity: Fraudulent conduct, payment fraud, identity theft, or deceptive activity intended to harm users or the platform.
  • Non-consensual Content: Non-consensual sexual content, including intimate images shared without permission.
  • Impersonation: Impersonation of another individual, fake identities intended to deceive users, or identity theft.
  • Sexual Violence: Sexual violence, promotion of sexual assault, coercion, or threats of sexual abuse.

Content violating these rules will be removed immediately and may result in permanent suspension, reporting to payment providers, or referral to law enforcement where appropriate.

Controls to Identify and Detect Violations

We enforce our Acceptable Use Policy through the following measures:

Age Verification

Users must confirm they are at least 18 years old during registration. Accounts suspected of belonging to minors are suspended and reviewed.

Identity Verification

HomeHeart reserves the right to request government-issued identification or additional verification from users when necessary to confirm identity, investigate suspicious activity, prevent fraud, or protect the safety of the community. Failure to complete verification when requested may result in temporary suspension or permanent removal of the account.

Profile Review

User profiles and profile updates may be reviewed to ensure compliance with our platform policies.

User Reporting

Users can report profiles or behavior that violates our Acceptable Use Policy. Reports are prioritized for review by our moderation team.

Account Investigation

Accounts flagged through user reports or suspicious activity are investigated. Violations may result in content removal, temporary suspension, permanent account termination, or referral to law enforcement where appropriate.

Fraud Prevention

We monitor for suspicious account activity, including fake accounts, impersonation attempts, multiple account creation, and behavior commonly associated with scams.

Ongoing Policy Review

We regularly review and update our moderation procedures and Acceptable Use Policy to address emerging safety risks and maintain a secure platform for our community.
