Law Enforcement Requests
Last updated: July 2026
HomeHeart is committed to protecting user privacy while cooperating with lawful investigations and urgent safety matters. This page explains how we handle requests from law enforcement, regulators, and government authorities.
Valid Legal Process
If law enforcement presents a valid subpoena, court order, warrant, or other lawful request, HomeHeart may disclose responsive account information as required by applicable law. We review requests to confirm that they are properly issued, specific, and connected to a legitimate investigation.
Safety Cooperation
We may cooperate with investigations involving fraud, scams, child exploitation, human trafficking, threats of violence, identity theft, harassment, or other illegal activity. HomeHeart may also preserve relevant records when legally requested to do so.
User Privacy
We do not release user information without a valid legal basis, except where applicable law permits or requires immediate action. We seek to disclose only the information reasonably necessary for the request and may reject or narrow requests that are overbroad, unclear, or unsupported by legal authority.
Emergency Requests
For emergencies involving imminent danger of death, serious physical injury, child safety, or immediate threat to a person, law enforcement should clearly mark the request as urgent and explain the nature of the emergency. We may disclose limited information when we believe disclosure is necessary and permitted by law to address the emergency.
How to Submit a Request
Law enforcement and government authorities may contact HomeHeart at enquiries@yourhomeheart.com. Please include the requesting agency, officer or official name, contact details, legal authority, relevant user identifiers, the information requested, and any applicable deadline.
