Welcome to HomeHeart. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before continuing.
1. Eligibility & Verification
To use HomeHeart, you must be at least 18 years old. All users are required to provide accurate identity details and undergo our verification process. Falsification of any identity document or information is strictly prohibited.
2. Profile Privacy & Name Display
We prioritize your privacy. Public profiles on HomeHeart display only your chosen Display Name / Nickname. Your full legal name, government-issued document uploads, and facial verification details are strictly private and accessible only to platform administrators when required for safety audits and identity verification.
3. Paid Membership & Subscriptions
HomeHeart operates as a paid membership service. Prices for our one-time access plans (Weekly and Monthly) are clearly displayed on the platform. Each payment grants access for the selected period only; HomeHeart does not automatically renew or charge you again when that period ends.
4. Membership Access
HomeHeart operates as a paid membership platform. A valid paid access period may be required to continue using messaging, match browsing, and other member features.
5. Contact Details Exchange
To protect our community and reduce scam activity, users may be restricted from exchanging personal contact details such as phone numbers, email addresses, social media handles, or external chat links unless they have an active paid access period and comply with our safety rules.
6. No Refund Policy
Once a user completes a payment and gains access to HomeHeart services, the payment is non-refundable and cannot be reversed. HomeHeart does not provide refunds, credits, or prorated billing for unused access time, even if you choose not to utilize the platform after paying.
7. Chargeback & Dispute Policy
You agree not to falsely dispute, reverse, or charge back valid payments made for your membership. If you initiate a chargeback for services accessed, HomeHeart will submit comprehensive evidence to your card issuer or banking institution, including login history, terms acceptance records, profile drafts, and message transcripts, to protect our platform against payment fraud. Fraudulent chargebacks will lead to immediate account termination.
8. Relationship Disclaimer
HomeHeart provides a matching platform for introductions and communication. We do not guarantee datings, marriage, successful relationships, or matching responses. Match compatibility is based on matching preferences and profiles, and outcomes depend on mutual user actions.
9. User Conduct & Community Standards
Users agree to treat others with dignity and respect. Any harassment, abusive conduct, solicitation of money/gifts, immigration sponsorship requests, or inappropriate content will lead to immediate account suspension or permanent banning. Insults based on culture, race, religion, or nationality are strictly forbidden.
10. Blocking & Reporting
You have the right to block any member with whom you do not wish to communicate. Blocked users will not be able to message you or view your profile. You are encouraged to report any suspicious, fake, or abusive accounts immediately to our support team for investigation.
